We ship from our headquarters in Bergamo.
Note that Postal shipping is not trackable so we cannot guarantee the package delivery to you.
Velo Temp is not responsible for undelivered parcel shipped with postal untracked shipping.
We offer also a hand pick up at out studio in Via Nazario Sauro, 26 – Bergamo (Italy).

Velo Temp is a small brand, a fun project by a design studio, so we do not allow returns.
