Potete inviare la copia che avete in corso di validità attualmente e provvedere poi ad inviare il rinnovo quando rifarete la visita. In caso non aveste il certificato medico indicatelo nella mail, v i verrà inviato dopo la richiesta di tesseramento il modulo per prenotare la visita medica agonistica.

The sports medical certificate must be valid and specifically for cycling.
You may send a copy of your current valid certificate and submit the renewal once you complete your next medical examination.
If you do not yet have a medical certificate, please state this in the email. After the membership request, you will receive the form to book the competitive medical examination.
